When on vacation, I usually carry a small notebook so that I might record things when they happen or later in the day. Moleskine traveling notebooks are quite compact yet contain ample room to record one's observations. Moleskine travel books are available for a variety of world destinations. They contain
- A map of the area for documenting travels
- An alphabetical street index keyed to the map
- A memo area for recording where you went and when
- A rather extensive conversion chart, including clothing sizes
- 70 or so pages for notes
- Tabbed sections for Dining, Drinking, lodging and favorite places, likes/dislikes, information/directions, and books/movies/music
- Tabbed sections the user can name, including stickers with the names of common tabs
- Several pages of perforated squares for leaving notes, numbers, etc.
- An pad of tracking paper and a pocket for holding the used sheets
- An expanding pocket for miscellaneous items
- Bus and or Subway system chart
